Services & Scheduling
We provide lawn care, landscaping, mulching, pressure washing, junk removal, and sod installation services in the Lutz, Wesley Chapel, and Odessa, Florida areas. Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather or unsafe working conditions.
Quotes & Payments
Free quotes are provided based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from the description. Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of service scheduling. We accept cash, check, and other agreed-upon payment methods.
Cancellations
We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated short-notice cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
Limitation of Liability
SBT Lawn and Land Solutions is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden obstacles, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service performed.
